Volunteer with MCSS

Join us in protecting Seychelles' marine environment.

Volunteering with MCSS is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real, long-term conservation work in one of the world's most biodiverse marine environments. Whether you're a student, researcher, or simply passionate about the ocean, there's a place for you on our team. We welcome volunteers year-round across our monitoring programmes, habitat restoration projects, and community outreach initiatives.

“Working with the MCSS team has been a rewarding experience. The work is meaningful, the people are great, and you leave knowing you've made a real contribution. We couldn't recommend it more.”
