CORAL REEFS |
The Coral Reef components of the GEF programme will mainly be implemented by the Ministry of Environment Conservation Division and the Marine Parks Authority under lead specialist consultant Udo Engelhardt. The MCSS is responsible for the monitoring of coral predators, such as the Crown of Thorns starfish, Drupella molluscs and Diadema sea urchins. They will also implement management programmes for these organisms in specific areas with the assistance of local volunteers and under the guidance of Udo Engelhardt. |
