MCSS  Clean-up Dive

 As part  of the Clean-Up the World Activities, the Marine Conservation Society incollaboration with the Underwater Centre organised a Clean-Up Dive  on the 27th September 2003. 

  During the one hour dive at Sunset Rocks, a commonly used dive site along NW Mahe, the 12 volunteers managed to collect 3 gunny bags of rubbish which consisted mainly of broken bottles and disposable plastic cups.

    Underwater Clean-ups were also conducted by staff of the  Seychelles  Centre for Marine Research and Technology - Marine Parks Authority (SCMRT-MPA) on the 20th September and Big Blue Divers on the 22nd September.
